You can be confident that we have plans in place to ensure the utmost safety to our employees and customers we serve.
We are currently providing contact-free mobile service. All communication can be conducted via phone. Our technicians will contact the customer prior to arrival, so the vehicle can be unlocked. Once the job is completed, the technician will lock the vehicle and call the customer to let them know the job is done and to get payment information.
Our technicians are taking precautions on every job, practicing social distancing, wearing and changing gloves during and after every installation, and are following the CDC guidelines. Our customer service representatives will continue to answer their phones, scheduling jobs and assisting insureds with the claim process.
