Rob Schenfeld has 28 years of experience in the auto glass industry. Starting as a tech trainee, he worked his way up to regional manager of sales and operations for a national chain. Rob has been hands-on during his career in order to stay current with the latest procedures and makes of vehicles. "In today's economy people are looking for value. Doug Sydow joins Premium with 27 years of experience in the glass replacement and repair business. He is a second-generation glass company owner (his father Dick Sydow was an original partner in Elite Auto Glass), a six-year U.S. Army veteran, and former repair technician. "My experiences in the auto glass industry led me toward being a part of the creation of Premium Auto Glass."
Rob Knight brings 20 years of experience in sales and service in the automotive glass business, and has a background in automotive repair and parts. His additional interests extend to antique cars, as well as tuning his vocal skills through the Toastmasters Club of America.
